Connection is an important part of how we experience our lives. Sometimes that means having a place to meet new people, try something different, share an experience, or simply spend time with others in a way that feels genuine.
Alternative Solutions supports a growing mix of coaching groups, workshops, community gatherings, and collaborative events throughout the Salt Lake City area.
Kaizen Community Groups
Kaizen is a growing local community built around creating opportunities for people to connect through shared experiences. It currently includes separate Men's and Women's Groups, along with events that bring the broader community together.
You do not need to already know someone, have a certain background, or show up as anything other than yourself. Some gatherings are simple and social. Others may include conversation, movement, service, outdoor activities, or shared experiences designed to help people connect in a more genuine way.
The goal is not to force connection or ask anyone to participate beyond what feels comfortable. It is to simply create more opportunities for people to meet, contribute, try something new and build authentic connection and community over time.
