Hi, I’m Emily.
I’m a coach working at the intersection of human clarity, emotional regulation, and emerging technology.
For years, I worked in high-performing corporate environments where logic, speed, and optimization were valued - but something essential was missing. I watched capable, thoughtful people burn out, override their intuition, and lose trust in themselves while trying to keep up with systems that no longer felt aligned.
I experienced that dissonance firsthand.
What began as personal exploration - slowing down, doing deep inner work, and questioning the narratives I’d been operating within, I was eventually led to an unexpected discovery: when used intentionally, AI can act as a powerful reflective tool. Not as a replacement for human intelligence, but as a mirror that helps surface patterns of thought, clarify inner conflict, and create space for more conscious decision-making.
My coaching work grew out of that realization.
Today, I work with people who are thoughtful, capable, and often high-performing- yet feel something is off. People navigating burnout, transition, or uncertainty. People who sense there must be a more coherent way to think, work, and relate to technology without losing themselves in the process.
My approach is calm, practical, and human-centered. I don’t offer formulas or quick fixes. I create space for reflection, regulation, and clarity. So you can hear your own inner truth and make decisions that feel aligned rather than reactive and forced.
This work isn’t about optimizing your life. It’s about reconnecting with yourself and finding peace in a world that puts profit over people.
